    Question Hull Dings

Question from a novice here - so bear with me

I got a decent ding on my hull getting the ski back on the trailer...basically came in too fast followd by a wave and caught a sharp edge on the back of the trailer. I am sure its just cosmetic but is there any advice for patching things like that up - or is that not really possible?

Also got some advice (thanks Jagsy) to tape some foam or rubber around said sharp edges at the back of the trailer to avoid future dings. Does anyone have any advice as to the best product to use to soften these hard edges (foam/rubber/sthg else?) and what is best to attach this to the ski with (super glue/liquid nails or tape)?

Try not riding her up........I've seen SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many unnecesary scratches etc from doin it.

I ride my MX bike up onto my ute, but never my ski. Sometimes I'll idle her upto the rollers then get off to hook up the winch, leavin her running to stop it floatin away, but even then water conditions vary that decision.

U prolly already thought of that. Just thought I'd mention it anyway.
