the sky is falling........ the sky is falling.............WTF?

    http://www.ozpwc.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3952

part of what I'm looking at was compering the different legislations in each state
you know you don't even need any boating license in NSW if you keep under 10 knots

I actually read the whole thing yesterday and thought it was a good responsible move, that if used correctly could protect and improve PWC interests......

    Penalities

Speaking of fines. A friend of mine had a incident a couple of years ago, he was jet skiing around cockburn waters . When he was tailed by a WATER POLICE BOAT(NOT DPI),what they did was stheathly push him out of the 400 meters zone and fined him 200$$$ for being there. He explained he had all the gear, erperb, jacket, flares. But they wanted no part of it and if he wanted a issue about it,they would throw him in the cell for the night. He told me the YOUNG CONSTABLE WAS VERY AGRESIVE, even the sargeat with him was embrassed by his behavior. Must have been a quiet day on the water.

What is it? Don't keep us in suspenders! Why not throw it in the mix and see what happens? I am pretty sure that Nos won't be an issue, so long as the craft & engine conform to the class you want to race in.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it!
