    Wink newbie

    Hi guy's & girl's
Went for my first ride on a yammy gp1200r 2003 model on saturday and am now hooked on them(didn't think it would hurt so much the day after ) any way i've always been into speed(drag racing) and fishing but i think i've found a new passion. the reason i've joined the forum is to ask what sort of ski should i go for as i'm already lookin to buy my own ski i'm thinkin a gp1300r or maybe the kawasaki 250x but there maybe another one you guy's know about that is better value.any help would be great thanks.
p.s. i live in south oz in upper spencer gulf so it will be driven i saltwater in realativly smooth water NO SWELL here although with a decent blow can get a 2m chop.

Dude. The bigger the ski doesn't mean the better. There are 2 stoke XP's & XPL's that will beat a stock RXPX or SHO under certain circumstances.

But if you want a newer ski & a mid-lge size ski than I reckon you can't go past a GP1300R. Good value for money, rider friendly & plenty of power with mods readily available.

They're tough hulls make em good wave jumpers. I used to be into drag cars also & have raced most things.........BMX, Moto-x, V8's-circuit racing & Super-Street drags, Jet skis etc etc, & I still enjoy riding a GPR although I don't have 1.

That's a good price if it's an '07. 27hrs is stuff-all. If it all checks out ok, I'd grab it.
