sorry to hear mate, really pissed off with this whole thing, let us know how you go, get your money back thats the main thing here, PWC Performance parts as a business has gone down hill

Just a quick update Steve has told me he will refund my money and was able to cancel my order, However when I get the refund is anyone's guess. I will keep you updated

all i can say is good luck, he hasn't bothered calling me back or responding to my emails

PWC Performance parts should be run by someone who will look after the customers, not someone to take their money and wait, Steve has pissed off everyone and im sure nobody will want to buy from him after this, i know i won't

does anybody have any idea why pwc performance parts went down hill i mean ive never bought anything from them but befor nov last year i didnt see any real bad reports ? or were there less of them

its not looking good for them and its only getting worse each week more ppl come forward its almost like his running a pyramid scheme only instead of money he promises cheap pwc parts

only issue is now to many ppl know about him and his not getting anymore sales anymore hence no refunds for anybody

(as bad as this is going to sound but untill he can find some more suckers on ebay or his web site and stall the sale nobodys going to be getting anything refunded makes me so mad when ppl get ripped like this )

there were no bad reports last year he was doing really well, Steve says the reason was a different supplier but i don't see any supplier doing this (holding money)

Yeap they are gone, nobody will buy from him every again and i don't blame them.

the authorities will sort him out when people file legal complaints against him as many have done and i wish them the best of luck in getting their money back it's getting beyond a joke now.

Hi all, have only just come across this site. Well i'm another one sucked into Steve's BS and lies. Parts ordered and paid for 3/1/10 $588. However mid Feb he did refund 10% apoligising for the delay. 8/3/10 he agreed by email for the remaining money to be refunded after i requested my parts be delivered or money be put back into my account. The last email 15/3/10 apoligising for the delay, more BS. Since then he will not return emails or phone calls, not bad for someone who was very quick to reply to emails to get you sucked in and get your money. I can only summise that there is probably a lot more people out there going through the same wrought. If you read this STEVE be aware, you will probably end up in court more than once as you do not know who is on the other end of your emails, could possibly be Lawers, Barristers, etc. You had best start answering my emails or my phone calls.

Hi Just a update for you all, I have contacted NSW fair trading and they have given him until Friday to refund my money. If the refund never appears I will be taking the business to the tribunal. I would urge everyone waiting for parts or a refund to contact fair trading. The more complaints they receive the easier it is for fair trading to act.

1800 paid in Nov for Riva stage one, no parts no refund no reply. No Hope of getting my money back i guess?

take him to court , a judgement against him is good. He is getting rich from us
