Thread: What year did the Aquatrax come out????

Cant find any info on it on the web. Maybe someone else who is a honda rider will have more info.

The AquaTrax F12, F12X and R12 are the culmination of years of R&D in a market that has grown rapidly both overseas as well as in Australia since the 1980’s. As the powersports industry grew, Honda R&D went to work on a fresh approach to the PWC idea, and in 1996, the first prototypes took shape just as the industry reached an environmental crossroads.

The Honda ARX1200T3 (F12X - 3 Seater Turbo) and ARX1200N3 (F12 - 3 Seater Natural Aspirated) were the first Honda AquaTrax PWC models manufactured for general consumption. These models were built in the Honda USA plant in 2001 and released for sale in 2002 for consumers in the America. It was not until 2006 that Honda Australia MPE began importing and selling these models for Australian consumption.

A range of different AquaTrax models have since been released from its initial models.
