Thread: Round 4 9th December Narrows

Round 4 Is only two weeks away 9th dec at the narrows setup from 8am onwards and racing from 10.00

Chookc, is there a marshal ski available or do u need someone with own ski?

TB don't know where you heard that rumor. I don't decide on the track until the morn of the race. Depends on which mob coff up the most doh..

BS depends on if the red beast is running in time.. If it is the yellow ski is avail for marshal ski if not than will need a ski.....

Won't know for a week or so yet...

R u tryin 2 tell us u make up the track impromptue every race morning? U must have an idea in yor head the night b4 yeah? Was just wondering.........(& I'd b happy to help where I can) if it were posible to have an outlay made up 1 or 2 nights b4 & sent to all racers by email or PM? I dunno if it's been asked b4 but there has been some talk about it.....I'm not the only 1 keen on it but I just thought I'd throw it out there anyway......................dunno wot the rules r on such things...... or is this a topic for the AGM....?

Doesn't always work out that way BS. Might do up a track and then on the day conditions or other problems might arise and makes the track unsuitasble and layout gets changed.

Track also depends on Parasailing how many numbers of non racers I think may use the area on the day as this limits the size of the track and increases the space we need to leave as buffer zones. etc etc. . Also depends on the number of bouys available on the day and many other factors. If we lived in a perfect world than that would be the ideal way to do it and ever one would know the track but half the chalenge is mastering the track and its layout on the day...
