Thread: log jump

Need to stick with about 3 meter so it can be transported on the trailer easily... Need to use quad tyres as they are about 10 inch diameter.. !3 inch car tyres will be too high out of the water and too dangerous...

Found I have 4 quad tyres lying around in the garage suitable for the log jump... Post up what you have boys or can find.... Those of you with quads or Motor bikes must be friendly with some of the dealers... They ahave to pay a disposal fee to get rid of the tyres so more than likely they would be willing to give them to us...

Am also going to try some of the hire places and lawn mowing joints as they all use the same size tyres...tread and punctures don't matter as we will put tubes in then anyway...

I think I know where one is. Will see if it is still there tomorrow and bring it to the river.

18's *9.5*8 perfect size anyone located some more... Checked their local dealers yet.... Would like to get it up for the february round. Lumpstar will need practise before the Nationals........ Can bet they will have a log jump for that...
