Hi All,

I have had a number of requests for an update of the points for this season.

Please see the below for an update of all classes as at the end of Round 4 .

Please keep in mind that if this is what the first half of the season has brought you never know what the second half may bring.

Consistency is the key to a successful race season and not having the fastest most powerful machine out there, this is proven year in and year out.

Sorry about the format however I had a problem with spacing and I was unable to add spaces in. The first number is the current position of each person and the number at the end are the points that have been accumulated throughout the season.

There are a number of people that are unsure

of how the points systems works so here is a brief overview.

1st - 60 Points
2nd - 53 Points
3rd - 48 Points
4th - 43 Points
5th - 39 Points
6th - 36 Points
7th - 33 Points
8th - 30 Points
9th - 27 Points
10th - 24 Points

After 10th place (24 points) the points go down by 2 points respectively per each placing. i.e 11th place will be 22 Points and 12th place will be 20 points and so on.

REMEMBER: $40 for your membership renewal for the 2008 Calendar Year. If you are not a financial member of Jet Sport West, you can not race.

Ahh some surprises in their for some people I think.. Bearded Shark may be well surprised being the smallest HP ski in the field and currently 4th overall.. As Jetski Chick said its all about consistancy and reliability....

Ahhhh Capt currently 4th... All you need is for Aaron to miss a round and you'll be in third agin another example of consistancy

Simon is leading the novice class!!!!! Wow and he still chucks a dummy spit!!

Mastacks in second place .... Novice class is going to be more interesting in the new year .... feels a bit like the top gun movie Ice first place and maverick close behind .... dont forget the DJ Cdoo he is closing in.

Captains consistency showing in 4th

Is it just me or is the 800 class looking boring? Come on guys, we would like to see a little gel coat rubbin in the next round.. maybe a few dummy spits or throwing a helmet here and there to spice things up... I think amanda should be handicapped..... look out nancy kerrigan (Jet Ski Chick)!!!!! Tonya Harding (slasher) is coming with a spark plug spanner in hand!!!!!

I think Larry may get there soon as Harry as already picked up a Factory Pipe , Buckshot carbs , Rossier Head and SS barrels ....

It will be a quick ski .....
