Hi all. Selling for a friend. 1992 Kawa X2 in VGC but the 650cc motor is in bits. Complete but needs new pistons, crank rebuild & reassembly. Slasher says all parts are in stock in Perth & approx cost would be $1600, with the only avail. piston size taking it out to a 680cc. The rest of the ski is in excel. cond. I've ridden this ski a few times & it rides well. The seat has been lifted so it can be ridden as a sit down on your knees. It has the bolt-on removeable pontoons on the sides for beginners. Asking price is $500 as is on dual (2x standups only) trailer.

This is not just some basket case in bits that someone needs to offload. The motor took in water & ceized the rings into the ring recess on 1 piston after somebody flushed it a few times & turned the motor off b4 removing the hode from the ski. There was little damage done but the big ends & 3 of the main bearings are flogged out & there is some scoring on the barrels.....all fixable issues. Other than that the motor is in excel. cond. It came apart easily. If it doesn't sell in the next few weeks, I will be buying it & rebuilding it myself. You can buy it rebuilt with a brand new motor for $2500 incl trailer but I will need a $1600 deposit to cover parts.
