Thread: 98 zxi1100 engine problems

hi all i was riding it and all of a sudden it started to shudder and make a loud sort of backfireing noise.
took it home and flushed motor but when it fired it started vibrating the whole ski. any suggestions im new to jetskis ta

Hard to say????? Is it firing on all cylinders? Perhaps it's dropped a piston???? A ring caught up and wrecked things????? Maybe best to pull the head and take a look inside before running it again and making it worse than it is.
