Still have to sand down edges of hydro turf for a smooth finish and still to glue down edges front dash panel and finish of the top part of the rails..
Put the corners back on and put stern eye and knobs back on....

yeh about 20 all up. There was some minor grinding of the tray to allow the moulds to fit better but not a full cut and slash job...
By the time you remove all the old mats clean excess glue trial fit mushers grind trial grind trial then epoxy and pop rivit in place then foam fill then glass the bottoms in then fit underlay for turf then heat glue all the individual bits of turf and cut and shape everything it is a big job that took all that and some but has really been worth the effort....
The 1000 dollar bit well if you paid someone to do it it wouldn't be worth doing....
but then again someone that has done it many times would pay as much attention as i did and would have all the tricks of the trade up their sleeves...
you planning on doing some surf work on that boat of yours chook
Don't mind getting out in the surf when i can... Not that many true surf spots to ride mainly reef breaks...
But do ride what we can ......
