mods for my ultra250x

hi guys im new to this forum stuff just woundering if any1 can give me advise on what mods to do to my ski and is a screama kit a good start. i want it to go atleast 80-85mph in the future and does any1 know roughtly the cost of such mods.Your help will be much apprecated

Firstly if you want to go 80-85 on the Ultra sell it and maybe buy an FZR or RXP-X cause it ain't gonna happen. I think the fastest Ultra I've seen is one of the boys up north (James I think) was almost on 80 with an ex Macc carbon hull and turbo

Obviously if you've bought the Ultra your not going to be riding on glass so get a few minor mods and enjoy the ski that the Ultra is. More importantly keep your reliability. Any help you need with parts/pricing give us a shout

so the ultra is no good for high speed then whys that does this mean that it is imposible to go 80-85 mph on my ultra

hi im in sydney and manly go to the hawksbury river as i use it manly for skiing but want to race it in the bridge to bridge and none of my mates have skis

Hi mate,

The Ultra is the ultimate rough water ski period, if you are after 80+ speeds then it is not the ski for you. Having said that enter it in stock class at the bridge and you could do alright

Mate anyone's race IMO some pretty fast ski's this year all over 80 and Paul won with speeds just on so reliability is a big factor especially going WOT for that long

I thought the hawksburry was off limits to jet ski,s ,I am only new to but was thinking of doing there untill I looked at the no go charts on the MSB
so I am not sure .
