only second hand.. Try one of the us based forum like pwc today or greenhulk they will tell you if they are still contactable pretty quickly
Yeah, I had the same prob, so I got up early (3am) on a fri morn & called them (they're 17hrs behind us), only to get a machine sayin they r open mon-thurs. So I faxed them on a day they r open. That was about 2 months ago.......still nothing. I MIGHT try again but if that fails, they can stick their pipe up their.......

BS - Pipe stuck up Chocolate Starfish = 0 HP gain.
Pipe on Kwaka = 30 HP gain!
Mmmmm, kiss bum and put up with the pain, it will be worth it mate.
P.S. will phone you re medication session. Just moved house and I am up to my ears with stuff to do!

Pete rang them on a Pipe for a XPL , he was told that they dont make pipes for 2 stroke any more ....
