Heya Dom,
it seems you have a relationship with steve from pwc, can you see if you have any luck with getting my refund, i have been getting so many hollow promises and he keeps saying in a few days or this week etc(seems to buy time).. i found him through this website and it just isnt right... a friend of mine who i put onto him is having exactly the same problem with him not supplying the parts when he promised!!! this is crazy!! and can you please reopen that thrad, it really isnt fair that i started it and now cant keep people up to date, and even though steve has promised to pay on the thread by the end of last week i still have seen nothing, isnt it fair that i keep people informed??

Look i'm not a harsh guy and i understand your situation, both me and sam looked into it when you put your complaint through, we don't mind you putting up the complaint and getting to a resolution (i know by putting it on the forum you would get a response)

I'm not sure exactly what happened but i know from personal experience Steve trys his best to get the parts asap, ive had to wait for parts for a lot longer than you but you need to expect sometimes (especially over christmas) that the parts take longer.

I want you to have a resolution that you are happy with and the last thing i want to do it ban you but we can't have you post up that stuff especially when Sam said to take it offline.

I'm happy to talk to Steve for you and see if we can get something done quicker
