    In about 2000 a group of guys circumnavigated Aus. as a charity run for cancer. I think there were five of them on seadoos, along with the full support crew (both land based and boat) to enable them to do it.
    A few people have crossed Bass Strait - island hopping and with extended fuel tanks. So there are guys out there who do big runs - but they all do lotsa planning for each try.
    Variety do a big ride each year up part coast of Qld.

    No worries bro, I'm in Sydney! Yeah what Palmer said and Brett up in QLD landed the world record attempt recently (longest distance offshore in 24hrs )
