Hi i got the chance to go on a jet skis and loved it. But i have no clue how to get into it now, how do i get the right licence? and can up to $10 000 get me a skis that is fast and can take two people or tow a dounut behind? also yearly maintance on them what would i be looking at?

If anyone could help me with this this would help heaps and maybe one day get to ride with some on on here as dont no anyone in WA who rides them
