Ok thoughts on what may be wrong please....
1050 fuel injected two stroke seadoo... have done two front pistons in one week...
Now their is a nice hole top dead centre of the piston about the size of a five cent peice blown neatly thru the top oof piston....
EGT are within range and 50 of each other front being cooler...
Fuel mapping is same for both cylinders..
Now engine ran fine two months then did first front pistron...
replaced and after only 5 minutes of racing time second front piston blown..
Rear piston is perfect colours and burn patterns... Front piston has not scored sides either
running br8es11 plugs in the former rxdi engine shell with modifed fuel rail...
Alaso running autronics etc..
