Thread: 787 needed

G'day guys,
I own a Challenger 1800 1997(2 x 787) which let go yesterday .
The RAVE valve fell into the cylinder wrecking bore, piston and pitting head. So what i am after is a good reputable place or mechanic to take the engine to, or at least a good place to buy parts to repair myself. Also if someone had a spare engine, i could buy and use my rebuilt as a spare.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I live in Perth.

Hey this is off the subject but does that challenger have custom grey seats and sun deck...

Try seadoo west in wangarra. He is busy but worth talking to for the parts at least...

Na, this one is green on white base, would prefer black but hey.Yes it does have the sundeck, wife loves it!!!!
Thank's for the reply chookc. Motor's out now, just got to get time to strip it, might have problem getting cylinder off as rave is still jammed in there, can't turn pto fly.
