    engine build questions

    i currently lookin at a 05 seadoo rxp with a blown motor. but befor i buy it im kinda wantin it source the parts and see if its gonna be worth my wiled to buy it and build it. it needs a new bolck and the rest of the parts that would go with that pistions rods crank maby even a head ect... well im having a hard time finding parts fgor this thing so if anyone knows any where or any sight that would be helpfull that would be great.

    try the seadoo website and there is a link to the oem parts catalogue... Probably need to talk to a dealer/service person to find out everything you may need but some 4 stroke motor rebuilds can run into the 10000 dollar mark depoending on extent of damage etc so do plenty of homework first..

    im more or less lookin for a aftermarket web site. oem stuff is jus to expensive.

    news flash aftermarket nuts and bolts for these engines wont be any cheaper.. Try greenhulk or pwc today

    Its gonna cost you easily $4k to get it running reliably with basic internals and a few pattern parts in it like valves etc.
    If you do your own engine swap and work.
