4tec throttle body bore out to 60mm

Hi, can any body send me over some pictures of an bored out throttle body, As I am about to do it at Home- that is Poland , as the shipping cost to SeadooCentre and back to my place will cost probable the same as the bore at there shop.
What I need to know is are there any sealers after boring the throttle sealing the shaft in which the plate is mounted. When I mean shaft I mean the shaft that goes thru the throttle body.
The throttle body is 52mm inside, and it has about 2mm material left on each side which after boring gives us 56-57 mm. To get it to 60 mm i have to rip of the seals ( left, right ) and bore a little more.

Or am I just doing something wrong etc.

for Help and advise I will be grateful.

I have one at 63mm bore here.

Can post pics if needed, but the idle air channels are blocked off as the machining cut into them.

I actually machined mine to 60mm, and every thing looks ok, All I need to do know is put some new seals into the throttle where the shaft comes( inside the throttel) and make a new plate.
    here are some pics:

Actually i would like some pics, here or onto my email serio@wp.pl.
Did You make the plate by your self, I thinking of an carbon plate, which would be much easier for me to fit in correct.

    thanks
    for help

Well, I just got my throttle back from boring and plate adjustments.
All I have to do now is reset the tps by BUDS and ready to go
Just to let You know the trottle was bored al the way down ( cylinder) 60 mm, I had to make a new plate which wasnt that easy as it isnt round 60mm but a little bit elliptic and bent at the ends.( the plate has been made acctually by a well know here in Poland guy who makes throttles for sport).
Looks interestingly- Will post some pictures of it in a few minutes.
Actually it was quite easy to do , if You know where to commision some things. I just hope it will work as good as the seadoo centre or re-performance throttle.

    Sounds good.

Yes, the butterfly has chamfered edges that face-up to the bore wall for sealing purposes etc.

Should be good to go. Parallel boring is the way, it will still leave a slight venturi effect too. Make sure you match this to the inlet. There is a restriction in there too. Just edge it out.

    Keep us posted.
