Yes your last post was removed and this one probably will be too!!! Damn, you wanted a refund on the parts that's fine so EVERYONE knows your gear was paid for stateside and it took a LOT for me to get your refund back off them!!!! Otherwise they would have said 'Tell him tuff the OEM parts have been ordered we won't be stuck with them!' And that would have been out of my hands. Secondly I was kind enough to offer 50% of the funds back out of my OWN pocket until they fully refund me.

And all this has happened over what? Five days including the weekend. And I do apologise to you for taking my two sons on their first holiday in five years for three days! and you receive that shocking message. I think the picture should be clear for everyone now?

parts take time to be freighted and its out of the hands of those that order them sometimes. I would not of refunded you anything if I was Steve just cause your impatient and dont understand how freight and back orders can hold things up. sometimes its just out of peoples hands..

What did you order anyway... just out of curiosity.

I ordered a 15/22R, and litterally they were all gone around the known world.... took 6 weeks plus to get one here.

Please stick to the facts here. You paid me in instalments the first being mid Oct and the final 50% or so on the 29th Oct. I could not confirm anything OS until I received ALL your money. You asked to cancel the order 30th November I fail to see how this is 6 weeks. If you mean adding the refund on as said that was a challenge for me in the first place even getting it sorted for you and then offering up 50% for you until I get it all.

As a result of issues like this with SMALL parts being on backorder we will no longer be offering customers CHEAPER prices on small OEM parts ie seals, bolts only large or single small items over the value of 500 AUD.

Josh I see why you are sh!ty but in all honesty sh!t happens sometimes and it realy is out of the hands of the orderer. If Steve gives you a refund you not only will pay more for your parts but now Steve will be left with your parts to sell to that he has to pay for out of his own pocket ( by the way I have never met Steve). sometimes we all just have to be a bit understanding on both sides. .. cheers Jeff
