Pay to remove your pump & check your bearing for slop, check to see if you have water inside the housing - you can tell straight away once you remove the cone, if so your seals have gone, check you prop for dings & dents & check your wear ring for wear. Also your drive shaft may be very rusty and could be trowing out of balance.
