as jagsy puts it "jungle tape" or others call it 100 mile per hour tape. You can get it in black and its water proof. Then until season finishes then fix!

I am a bit tied up for the next few weeks but happy to pop round and guide you through what you need to do. It is not difficult.
    Good luck

In that case, I'll come and help you.
If it is bad, please put some 'duct tape' over the exposed fibre glass to help reduce the 'water soak'. I have the stuff to fix it. It is on the black section isn't it? Al might beat me to it, but either way it will get sorted.

    Hi Guys,
This is my first post, does anyone know anyone in Sydney for Gelcoat/Fibreglass repairs? Ski is an 05 RXP, has a fair bit of crazing/cracking on the right hand rear rail and just under the rubber linging feels all cracked, it was like that when I bought the ski last week... Also two small chips down to the fibre, any advice is appreciated.

    Diablo,
Post some pics, stress cracks are normal nothing to be concerned about. I just had my hull re gel coated due to beaching it so much that it was wearing into the glass. The stress cracks returned first time out. I have seen new boats that havent even been in the water with them.
If you still want a repairer I have a guy down here that does it as a profession. Reasonable rates too, but he lives and works from Wollongong.
FORACIN 05 RXP-Greenwheel SC,XS IC with bleed mod, 42lbs inj, Solas 15/20, Turbosmart Dual Port BOV, 4" front air, Jaz catch can, water box mod, Riva thru hull, Riva Pro block offs, filled ride plate holes, R&D intake grate, Riva Pro nozzle 81mm ring, custom 1" dropped sponsons, Rule bilge, Groco strainer, Hydroturf mats, Autometer boost gauge, Jet Trim seat cover.
