Any suggestions on how to clean the salt build up inside the engine bay on RXT 215?

Hi folks, my ski is only 10 hrs old and I noticed the salt build up on the inside of the engine bay. As i use my ski mainly in salt water, what's the best method of cleaning that salt build up out of he engine bay? It was suggested to me to use a very fine mist spray of water and then let it drain out the plugs at the back when the ski is lifted at an angle. Does that sound right? How do I ensure not to water damage any wiring by doing that? I'd love to hear what you guys do. The metal parts are CRC sprayed down btw. Thanks, Toni

    Hey mate
Yeah pretty much thats right. Just spray down the motor with fresh water but ensure the motor has cooled down.
DOnt be scared to get to much water on the bottom of the hull, it will all just run out the bungs when you tilt it up.

Try not to use to much force around the eletrical components or spray directly on it, a strong mist if fine.

Shouldnt get too much salt water build up though, is it a lot?
