    RXP-X or RXT-X

Hi guys, first post on here so please excuse any stupid questions. I'm thinking of getting my first ski so just after a bit of advise. I ride a dirt bike over the winter so a ski semes like the logical thing for the summer. I want something with a fair bit of get up and go hence the - X but not really sure what would suit me better between the P or the T.

It will be used most of the time on a lake and a little bit on a river, never in the ocean. Not really fussed about being able to tow as i have a ski boat as well so it will basically just be used for fanging around.

What would be the pros and cons for each? I'm thinking the T would the go as i'm a fairly big guy but i'm guesing the P would be easier to throw around?????

I really love the look of 2010 models and will most like wait until they come out in March/April before i buy so i'm just starting to do a bit of research into it. Any advise appreciated.

    Hey mate
Welcome to the forum and the sport.
They are pretty much identical skis besides the fact one is a three seater.
You can’t tow on a two seater, you can on a three.
If you’re a larger guy most prob will be more stable on a three.

I’m not a fan of buying things when they first come out. No one has discovered their issues yet.
Personally I would wait a few months after they come out, listen to what people have to say and then make your decision.

    I would go the P just my 2c J

    Keep us posted.

    Cheers

If your not worried about towing, I'd say go the P. Stability shouldn't be a worry (the two seaters nowadays are as stable as anything) and if you can ride a dirt bike you would have ample balance for the RXP-X.
