Thread: sat 26th june....

at this stage, weather is looking pretty crappy.. anyone keen to still head out?? might launch out at mary st (mandurah) should be nooice in the estuary, can check out the sandbar for some wavejumping as well.... thinking around 11.30am.... if not.... i was out at long point this morning and it was rough inside the bay!!!!

might just stay in bed too....

i will c friday c weather its worth getting out of bed do really want to drive down there if its going to be another sad day on the ski starting to get a little painful riding the little wb in rough conditions but lets prey to the ski gods that weather comes good

Ijoe will be launching in dawesville and riding down.. so those 2 smokers who want to come... there will be fuel available to fill up down at dawesville as we will end up there more than likely if its crap in the ocean

I'm Puttin in @ Dawsville, Ill ride up to Mary Street and Meet you all there around 11:30is.. Wait for me if i'm not there, Can go for a bit of spin @ Sandbar then off down to Dawsvill via the Calm Waters of Mandurah

Retro Was talking about a bit of Food Either In Mandurah (Marina, Foreshore) or theres a Little shop up from the Ramp in dawsville, where you can get food and Fuel If needed, Ill have some Jerry Cans Avaliable @ Dawsville.

Its only a 5 min ride to the Mouth of the Dawsville Cut where theres a few waves, but can get Rather choppy,

Theres going to be South Westerly Winds blowing, So Dawsville should be sheltered quite well, Tides up so Beaching on the bank will be no issue..

Any Idea's on anything ??

Guys if the conditions permit you should head down to this spot for a look never been down that way but looks to be a nice little beach to park up on...might be worth a run 14k round trip...Can't make it thanks to work,money,mods.......have fun
