    Exclamation Everone Read This

hey all, i just spoke to a good mate of mine who is a federal cop and he has just informed me that forum sites like this are beeing watched by criminals who jump on these sites and find out where ppl are going and what there doing and finding out details about ppl. aperently this is the new way of doing crime. what they do is jump on these sites like this one and find out whats going on and where ppl will be and then when ppl are away from there cars or houses or whatever they strike, a good example was last weekend when a few of us had our cars broken into at the mandurah boat ramp. so ppl just be awere and try not to give out too many details and keep an eye out for any unusual requests or msgs, and especialy ppl who join up for a couple of days then dissapear.

so i think we should come up with some other way of letting ppl know about the rides, maby say there is a ride on and then get the ppl who are coming to pm there mobile numbers and maby txt the location of where we are going to meet. so yeah its just a sugestion, if u have any other ideas lets hear them.

    peace

Ahhh criminals, aren't they just great

I suspect that boat ramps have always been easy targets, that's why the cops tend to keep an eye on them.

If indeed there are crims 'surfing like magpies' then perhaps they need a message.......if caught the cops won't be called

the new JSW forum is open to members only i think. maybe we should use that for organizing rides??

although it makes it hard to attract new crew.....

I had my new GT Liberty broken into in daylight at CY OConnor beach in freo - was out of action for 13 days waiting for a new window

I was only taking the dogs for a walk

I sold it and bought a POS 4x4

it doesn't pay to have nice things and leave them in public - some people just have no respect
