    Big ups to Wil Marine

After having a rather negative experience at a certain Yamaha dealer in Mandurah, I took my ski to Wil Marine in Freo.

The Showroom and whole setup of the place just oozes professionalism in my eyes, with a bunch of helpful blokes.

I got the Throttle cable replaced under the recall there. I dropped it off and headed to QLD for work.

My partner picked it up, Nick the Service Manager came out and hooked the ski up to the car for her and off she went. This alone is 10 points in my eyes. Anyway I got home a week later to find the throttle was definitely more responsive, plus they fixed my handle bars (one side was loose and yes I know they would have taken parts off to do the cable) which I was happy about. They also adjusted my steering (I didn't mention this to them but it was done anyway) and the best part... The degreased my whole engine bay and winterised it! Plus they had given the ski a wash!

Brilliant service in my eyes and I am more than happy to travel to freo to have my ski worked on!

    good to hear mate.

i am north of the river and bought my ski from Wil Marine (used to be Fremantle Yamaha) back in 2006 after speaking to seadoo, yammie and kwaka dealers...it was an easy decision to make and am have no regrets.

paul tailor sold the ski to me and always has plenty of time for my stupid questions and the service guys do the job right every time and go the extra mile as u have found out.

    another happy wil marine customer

Well it looks like I will be travelling uo to Freo as well. After getting the throttle cable replaced by that notorious dealer in Mandurah, I went for a spin. I heard a rattle and when I went to the shore to investigate, I found TWO 10mm spanners left in the engine bay. They must employ really profesional mechanics.
I now have a couple of near new 10mm ring spanners going to the best bidder..

Must be great mechanics or they get paid really well. I don't know of many mechanics that can afford to leave expensive snap-on or the like spanners in everyones ski.. Tell us they were expensive spanners and not some cheap shit chinese supercheap 2 dollar jobbies...

They were not snap on anyway, no brand markings so I dont think they are worth much. No takers yet, They are going cheap !!

I am eastern suburbs. I brought my GP1300R in for the throttle cable recall.

These guys are A1 in quality of work and service.

Great service provided. Turnaround very timely. These guys phone when your ski is ready. No need to follow them up. Then the mechanics take the time to discuss your ski performance and give advice.

I would recommend everyone make the trip to Fremantle. It's worth it.

After prior boos and hiss' with jetpowers older owners two very old ones...., I was very reluctant taking my ski there, but after having a yarn with Stuart and Gary, I am extremely pleased to promote the name "Jetpower" again, great service, good attitudes always can or will do. Big ups to all staff. They will definately be hearing from me for future servicing and any accesories that are needed. Thanks Fellas.
