I used a bit of both with my 07 GPR, didnt notice the difference with performance at all good or bad.
Just noticed the difference when paying at the register

The only thing that i have been told to never use is E10,heard that isnt good for them dont know how though.

If you READ the books that come with any GPR you will see Yamaha state to use Regular Unleaded only or up to a maximum of E10 fuel.
Using a higher octane rated fuel unless your engine has higher non stock compression will NOT make it run any better or faster.
In fact a higher octane fuel may make it a little harder to start particularly whilst hot.
    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
