04 XLT1200 waverunner

Gday giys, Ski has been going great.

I have done about 13hrs on it now since i have had it. I noticed a loose bolt on the cylinder head and i moved it it was loose and broken. i dont know how long its been like it for and i wonder if now there has been a leak and let water/oil etc mix in the cylinder head/block area? Has anyone else heard of this
happening and creating issues?? I dont want it to create any issues so i had better get my thread man to fix it.

I have also found a loose allen bolt approx 6omm long in the hull just sitting there?? I cant seem to think where it may be from unless its from under the engine somewhere??

Ey mate,
It could have been snapped when the motor was put back together after the rebuild never heard of them just snapping like that but then again anything is possible. I would get it check or just get a service and if anything if wrong your mech should pick it up.

Mate i have a brand new FZR and find nuts and bolts all the time. The day i picked it up from from factory and was putting it together before i even started it for the first time i found three washer, bolt and nut, doesn’t surprise me. Just do a quick once over if you cant find anything obvious i wouldnt worry to much. Allens dont usually hold anything important its usually find them holding the fairings and hood etc.

i think it look similar to 2004 Polaris msx 150 and includes trailer both in a good condition. what do you think?
