Thread: How Many Hours Your Yamaha Got

I put 2000hours on my old 1994 701 wave raider. I bought it in 1996 and sold it in 2004. I rebuilt the motor twice only put in new pistons and rings on the same crank. The only time it broke down was when the spline wore out , due to jumping to many waves and vibration from riding it hard. It was so reliable i hired it out to a friend of mine who use to hire skis, got a free trailer out ot it.
The reason i put 2000 hours on it was i had a hourly tiny tach on it. GREAT SKI.

we have a fxho160 with nearly 200 hours on it and no problems at all best thing we ever bought gets used nearly every weekend

i got a gp1300r with 60 hours on it works well

do you know when these usually pop?

Also have a 07 gp1300r 61 hours not a problem so far.
Besides the battery terminal coming loose from jumping a few too many waves.
