Thread: 09 Fzr

hey all, just thought i'd share with you that i just bought a 2009 FZR as i sold my 06 GP1300R last week. i've done 2hrs on it so far and am very happy with it so far. It's quite manouverable for such a large ski it looks twice as big as the gp but handles better. takes off well but with a few mod's will be awesome can't wait to let it breathe a little better and maybe do the exhaust as its so quiet compared to the gp.
will put some pic's up later if i can work out how to do it..

yeah i've heard of the bucking issue but i thought that was only on modded ski's. i went to your online store but the yamaha section wasn't working i click on it but nothing happens the curser wont high light.
can you get the 310hp from riva??

here's a quick one i took on the way back. will have to get some close up's of just the ski.

Cheer's mate, i been thinkin of doing it for 6 month's and finally bit the bullet. you will love it there so smooth and nimble, unreal for such a big unit compared to the gpr. gonna have to mod it a little as a mate of mine went out and brought a kawasaki ultra last week and i've been told that they launch harder (hard to believe) if so we will soon change that
