    I bought the ride plate , impeller , wearring, pump kit from this guy in the states. a lot cheaper than shop price in sydney. should finish rebuilding in 2 weeks.

    Yeah, much better on the take off. Not so much 'lag' time. Definately worth doing. Easy and not that expensive.

    Yeah that sound s like a good idea, my brother has an Xl1200 LTD and when you drag race him mine lags momentarily and then takes off where his doesn't
